We can work together to bring about positive and effective changes in your life, enhance your sense of well-being and help build resilience, so you can cope better with the challenges that life often presents.
Therapy can last just for a few sessions and sometimes just one session can be enough or it may continue over several weeks or months, depending on your individual needs. This is something that can be discussed at the beginning and throughout the course of therapy.
I am an Integrative therapist, which means I am trained in a number of different theoretical approaches, so I can apply my skills to meet your individual needs.
At your first meeting ( Initial Assessment) there is an opportunity for you to ask me any questions you may have before deciding on the right therapy for you.
